Job Description: Junior Content Marketer

About the Role

We’re looking for a story-first, impact-driven Junior Content Marketer who can turn complex B2B SaaS concepts into compelling narratives that rank, convert, and create demand.

What You’ll Do
• Write high-quality, insight-led long-form content (blogs, guides, playbooks) that can rank #1 on Google for competitive B2B SaaS keywords.
• Create demand-gen and revenue-focused content assets, including case studies, landing pages, email content, and product narratives.
• Develop brand awareness collaterals such as social posts, thought-leadership snippets, PR write-ups, and lightweight campaign content.
• Collaborate with SEO, product marketing, design, and growth teams to strengthen distribution and content performance.
• Use SEO fundamentals to ensure content is structured, optimized, and aligned with ranking opportunities.
• Actively explore AI-led workflows, LLM optimization, and new content frameworks to improve velocity and quality.

What We’re Looking For
• 3–4 years of content experience in a B2B SaaS environment (must-have).
• A natural storyteller with a strong command over narrative flow, clarity, and research.
• Proven ability to rank blogs on page 1 / #1 and show measurable content outcomes.
• Understanding of SEO basics: keyword research, on-page optimization, search intent, internal linking.
• Strong interest in AI, SEO automation, generative AI tools, and LLM-optimized content creation.
• Ability to work independently, meet timelines, and deliver high-quality output consistently.
• Portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS content (mandatory).
