About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Visual / Communication Designer who blends strong design fundamentals with an AI-first mindset. This is not just about making things look good—you’ll be expected to think in systems, move fast with the latest tools, and elevate how we communicate as a brand in a B2B SaaS space.
You’ll play a key role in shaping visual storytelling across marketing, product, and brand touchpoints while leveraging modern design and AI tools to increase speed, consistency, and creativity.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design for marketing campaigns, product communication, and brand initiatives.
- Create high-impact visuals across digital channels (ads, social, web, landing pages, email, presentations).
- Translate complex B2B SaaS concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Build and scale design systems, templates, and reusable assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration (image generation, automation, design assistance, etc.).
- Maintain and evolve brand identity with a strong eye for consistency and innovation.
- Mentor junior designers and raise the overall design bar.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in visual / communication design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign work, and storytelling—preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Deep expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern motion/design tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or similar) and an ability to integrate them into workflows.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
