Role Objective
Execute high-impact B2B events that deliver qualified pipeline, strong audience quality, and premium brand experience. This is not a coordination role. You will be measured on event → pipeline → revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own Event Execution (End-to-End)
  • Execute B2B events: roundtables, CXO dinners, conferences, webinars, owned IPs
  • Own everything on-ground: vendors, production, branding, run-of-show
  • Ensure zero-drop execution and high-quality attendee experience
2. Drive Registrations & Attendance
  • Own registration and attendance targets, not just execution
  • Drive promotions across email, LinkedIn, partners, and communities
  • Push for right audience mix (MM / Enterprise), not just volume
3. Drive Event-Led Pipeline
  • Drive event-led pipeline generation with clear SAL/MQL/SQL targets
  • Ensure clean lead capture, qualification readiness, and CRM hygiene
  • Work closely with SDR/Sales to ensure fast and effective follow-ups
  • Track funnel: registrations → attendance → SALs → SQLs → pipeline
4. Own Speaker & Stakeholder Experience
  • Manage CXOs, customers, and internal stakeholders with confidence
  • Ensure speakers are prepped, aligned, and deliver strong sessions
  • Run tight timelines, rehearsals, and event flow
5. Maximize On-Ground Engagement
  • Execute networking formats, curated interactions, and gamification
  • Ensure attendees engage, not just attend
6. Measure What Matters
  • Track and report: attendance %, SALs, SQLs, pipeline, cost per lead
  • Run post-event reviews with clear insights and improvement actions

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years in B2B events / field marketing (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven ownership of events with measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle (MQL → SAL → SQL)
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes events under tight timelines
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving on-ground
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders (CXOs, customers)

Success Metrics
  • Event-driven pipeline (SALs, SQLs, revenue contribution)
  • Audience quality (MM / Enterprise mix)
  • Attendance % and engagement levels
  • Cost per lead and overall event ROI
  • Execution quality and stakeholder feedback
